Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Makarand Studios, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service possible, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for all consultations: Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will also be charged the full consultation fee. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to reschedule your consultation if needed. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of 100%. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your consultation, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
